in connection with Internet Marketing.

In the event that we believe you to be in  violation of these guidelines we shall
without more ado revoke your membership rights and shut any active account.

We Have A Authoritarian procedure in opposition to spamming. We forbid the
sending of unsolicited mass E-mails  or unsolicited E-mails  of any Caste in
connection with the promotion of our tools products and services.

We reserve the right to terminate your account & participation in our services
“for cause" if we believe  you  to be in  violation of  our  anti-spamming e-mail
guidelines.

We also reserve the right to shelve your account and involvement pending
re-evaluate  upon  receipt  of  any  complaint or other verification that you
may be participating in any spamming commotion.

We judge spamming to be any  bustle whereby you directly or  indirectly transmit
E-Mail Messages to any email address that has not solicited such E-Mail and does
not consent to such transmission.

We also judge Spamming to constitute posting ads... in newsgroups in violation
of the terms of involvement  in many of these news cluster, that are off  theme,
or in news groups that do notexplicitly consent ads.

We also deem it spamming when advertising are placed on message boards or in
chat rooms  when they  are not allowed  by The requisites of involvement in such message boards and chat rooms.

www. Naturopathic Clinic.com.au prohibits  aggravation whether or  not through language frequency, or size of communication. Forging of Header information is
not acceptable.

www. Naturopathic.com.au does not consent to  unsolicited mail (UCE). This
includes "Spamming" and "Bulk Mail" sent  to  persons  who have  otherwise
not requested to accept such E-Mail.

The reason  for this is That not  only is it generally  frowned upon  by the internet
kinship, but it also demands superfluous bandwidth to handle the effects of such
mail.

Users accounts  establish to be  sending (UCE) will be  terminated  without
warning.

you have bought from any type of "opting lead providing service".

It is explicitly prohibited to transmit unsolicited mail messages "Junk mail" or
Spam of any type commercial advertising, political tracts, bulletins etc...

Users may not forward or proliferate chain correspondence nor malicious E-mail.
A user may not be  seen mailing  for any other address supplementary than that
of the user, excluding with full consent of the owner of the referred address.
